Hahaha! Um… Well…
When I draw, it’s usually because I’m inspired by something. Sometimes it’s a song or an emotion or both. This is why some of my uploads are accompanied by songs or lyrics. A lot of times, I just want to share whatever it is that I’m feeling at the time, or maybe share a song with people because I think it fits a character or situation or mood I’m in. It doesn’t mean that I believe I convey these things well in my drawings or that the drawings themselves are good. But if there’s a chance that I can make someone smile, or if I can show a person that someone out there can relate to them in some way, then I’d like to try!
As for the attention, it makes me feel self-conscious, really. If you’ve known me long enough, you’ll know this is one of the reasons I tend to abandon deviantART accounts and blogs. People make me a little nervous, both online and offline. I’m kind of super awkward like that.
My apologies if I’ve ever come off as really conceited or starved for attention! If my uploads bother you, just say the word and I’ll stop! =)
